"Pretty happy with it so far"
I ordered a Prince racket from prince and it showed up looking good, which was a relief after the whole thing. No weird marks or anything, and the strings seemed fine right out of the box. I’ve played a few matches with it now and it just feels solid. Good control, decent pop, and my arm hasn’t been sore like it sometimes gets with other ones. The grip feels comfortable too, and the frame still looks basically new. For the price, it seems worth it. I’d probably order from them again

"Kinda hard to find stuff"
The site was annoying to use. The menus felt all over the place and I kept ending up in the same spots somehow. I was just trying to find basic product info, but nope, kept getting lost. Search didn’t really help much either. Just wasn’t a smooth experiance at all.

"Checkout Took Longer Than It Should Have"
Ordering on prince.com was easy enough, but the checkout started to test my patience a bit. It wasn’t terrible, but it felt slower than it needed to, and I had to go back and double-check a couple of pages because things weren’t super clear. The payment did go through fine in the end, so no major issue there. I just wish the whole process had been a little quicker and smoother...

"Really nice vibe overall"
I liked the look of the site. It feels clean and the colors work really well together, not too loud or messy. It was easy to browse around too, which I appriciate since some sites feel way too cluttered. Overall, the design just felt nice and simple

I ordered a Prince shirt from prince.com and it was pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. It showed up looking just like the photos, which is always a relief because you never totally know with merch sometimes. The tags and packaging all looked legit too, not that weird cheap knockoff vibe you get from random sites. The print feels nice, the shirt quality seems good, and yeah, shipping was just normal, not super fast or anything but totally fine. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d definitely order again.

"Works most of the time, but no follow-up"
The site is okay overall, but some pages randomly take a while to load, which gets annoying. I also reached out about it and never got any follow-up, so that was disappointing.

I picked up a few tennis items from prince.com and the prices were good compared to the other places I checked. Not the cheapest I’ve ever seen, but for the quality, it felt like a fair deal. The shipping cost added little more than I expected, so that’s why I’d give it 4 stars. Still, overall it was a decent value and I’d probably order from them again if they have a sale

"Not enough variety for me"
I went on prince.com thinking I’d find a decent selection, but it felt limited to me. A lot of the things I was hoping to see either weren’t there, or it looked like the same few items kept showing up. Maybe others would be fine with it, but for my taste there just wasn’t enough variety, so I ended up giving up quickly.

"Pretty Smooth Return Overall"
I ordered from prince.com and had that immediate “uh oh” moment when one of the items didn’t fit right. I ended up returning it, and customer service got back to me quickly with clear instructions, which was a relief. The refund took a few days longer than I was hoping, so I was checking my account like, come on already, but it did go through in the end. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d order from them again.

"The racket felt good when I first…"
The racket felt good when I first started using it, but after just a few weeks the frame cracked. I wasn’t doing anything unusual with it, so that was really disappointing. Just doesn’t feel worth the money to me.

I ordered this based on the specs listed on Prince Store, but what showed up didn’t really match the product page at all. The size and a few details were different, which was frustrating haha. I reached out to support, but the replies were kind of vague and didn’t really clear anything up. It’s annoying when you trust the info before buying and then the product doesn’t match.

"Inventory seems a little hit or miss"
I’ve used Prince Store a couple times and it’s generally fine, I guess. The site itself works smoothly, but the stock situation is kind of frustrating. A few things I was sure I wanted were either sold out or only available in random sizes. Maybe I just caught it at a bad time, but it definitely felt a bit hit or miss. Not a terrible experience, just not amazing either.
